The Front staff was very nice! The security people were also very nice and friendly .

The beds where great very comfortable. The few things the room was missing was a safe to put valuables in, more than one mirror. Only one mirror in the bathroom and its hard to use to put make-up on when someone is taking a shower. No plates, bowls or cup in the kitchen area. Yes, you can call and request to bring you some but it very inconvenient. Other than that its a nice place to stay at.

I liked the idea of having a kitchen in the room. Janitors tried hard to do their job, never missed a day of cleaning.

The shower should have the other half of glass is missing. When you shower all the water goes out and then you have to dry the floor every time (working at the hotel). Few options of cookware - No spoons "come on". When a glass has fissures should be thrown away, anyone could cut themselves by drinking out of it. I was confirmed they had everything for cooking and cleaning. No any clean products, I had to buy my own. Two people in the room, with only one chair. No mirrors except the one in the shower. Should give parking passes, so people are not stopped every time to get in the property. No water (all hotels put water in the room as courtesy). There is a water sprue by the elevator. I mean you have a whole kitchen, but designed to be not used. But what really left me disappointed was the breakfast. Served from 7am-10am, I got there at 9:02am... only coffee and some little local cakes (cupcakes), and bananas. That was all. Breakfast table right on the front door (in and out entry). I stayed there 4 days, but if I have to again, it won't be that long.

Acceso a cafetera sin costo. La habitación y sus amenidades.

No hubo forma de que me dieran una cama extra. Que porque la reservación no lo contemplaba y no podían hacer nada. Una verdadera incapacidad de resolver y atender las necesidades del cliente.
